In the name of God, the most gracious, the most mercifulAnd peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the last of the prophets and messengersEducation reform in Libya has become one of the main issues that concern all stakeholders, because they believe that the creation of the human environment is the mainstay of every sustainable economic and social renaissance. This has been translated into the University of Tripoli's adoption of quality standards in the various faculties in order that the university reach to the highest levels, and to enable it to integrate into a global environment characterized by competitiveness in all fields and keeping pace with the development witnessed recently, with the growth of knowledge economies and the challenges of globalization. Accordingly, and based on the conviction of the management of the College of Engineering in the importance of excellence, which is the cornerstone of the pursuit of development, creativity and collective performance, the task has been entrusted to the Office of Quality and Performance Evaluation in the College to improve the educational process and move quickly and with great determination towards consolidating the concept of quality among its employees and making quality a behavior adopted by all stakeholders. Despite the difficulty of the task and the greatness of the challenges, the Office of Quality and Performance Evaluation in the college has taken upon itself to achieve the basic goals of the college represented in: teaching and learning, scientific research, and community service.In order to implement this, the Office of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation in the College developed its annual plan, and worked to implement the requirements of institutional and programmatic accreditation both locally and internationally.God bless everyone

Mission
The Department of Quality and Performance Evaluation at the College of Engineering seeks to implement quality standards in all educational, research and service activities and work on continuous development in the college's educational programs.
Objectives
The Department of Quality and Performance Evaluation at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tripoli, seeks to achieve the following goals:
1. That the department be the college’s guide towards excellence in the fields of education, scientific research, community service and the environment.
2. Assisting the scientific departments of the college in applying the quality assurance system and evaluating their performance according to the approved quality assurance standards
3. Spreading a culture of quality among faculty members, staff and students.
4. Create a spirit of competition between departments
5. Achieving institutional and program accreditation for all college programs.
