Mohammed Ali Eltaher is a faculty member in the Information Systems Department, Faculty of Information Technology at the University of Tripoli. Mohammed works as a lecturer and researcher in the Information Systems Department. Through this, he teaches and supervises students' scientific research in the Information Systems Department. He is currently appointed Head of the Information Systems Department at the Faculty of Information Technology at the University of Tripoli. Mohammed has many scientific activities and research.

Research Interests

My primary research area is in multimedia data mining and data science. Research interests include content/semantic-based multimedia retrieval and summary, big data systems/analytics, social media data mining, and user profiling.

External Activities

Mohammed Eltaher participated in many scientific conferences and workshops internationally and locally and has many published researches in various fields of information technology. He was a member of many committees in the Ministry of Higher Education
