I was assigned many administrative tasks I was assigned as the head of the department of Studies and Exams at the English Department, Faculty of Languages from 2007-2010. 

I held the position of the coordinator of the Medical Committee for Teaching English Language 2013-2016

I held the position of Deputy Head of Department from 2012-2017.

I was Appointed as the Head of the English Department in February 2017 and as the Chairman of the Graduate Studies Committee of the English Department October 2017 until March 2019.

I was seconded to the National Center for Modern Languages to fill the position of Deputy Director since 2021 until now.

I taught English to graduate students at the Faculty of Arts and the College of Science.  I collaborated with the Academy of Graduate Studies in teaching various subjects in the field of Translation Studies 2007-2011

I published some research papers in the periodicals of The University of Tripoli, and I also did some translation work.

External Activities

English Literature teacher at Tripoli College, Tripoli (1986-1988)

I taught a course prepared by the Ministry of Education for teachers of English for the Secondary Schools, July 2008.

I prepared for a course for Faculty members in the English Department, Faculty of Languages, University of Tripoli in the skill of academic writing in 2017, before resuming to teaching of the courses of Basics of Academic Writing and Project Writing for undergraduate students.
