Admission, registration and transfer system

The following are required for admission to study at the college:

•   The student must have a secondary school certificate from a Libyan school or an equivalent certificate recognized by the competent recognition authority.
• He must have obtained the approved percentage for admission to the college in accordance with the systems determined by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
• If the applicant for study is a non-Libyan, he must be a regular resident of the Libyan state for the duration of the study and pay the study expenses and fees prescribed in accordance with the regulations and systems in force in the universities, without prejudice to the rules of reciprocity stipulated in the agreements signed in this regard.

The student may transfer from one university to another within Libya or from universities recognized outside it according to the following:

• He must not be expelled from his original university for academic or disciplinary reasons
• He must commit to submitting documents containing the courses he studied and the contents of these courses
• The student must have obtained in the secondary school certificate the approved percentage for admission to the college he is transferring to
