Praise be to Allah, much praise as He commanded, and prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad, the Master of Mankind, and upon his family and companions. The pearls of lamps have never been connected to an eye with sight or an ear is aware of news.
Allah says in His decisive revelation:
(Indeed, Allah commands you to return trusts to their rightful owners, and when you judge between people, to judge with justice. Indeed, Allah is a blessing that He encourages you with. Indeed, Allah is ever-Hearing. In the end) Surat An-Nisa.58.
(O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger and betray not your trusts while you know) (Al-Anfal: 27).
On the authority of Abu Umamah Al-Bahili - may God be pleased with him - on the authority of the Prophet - may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him - he said: (The superiority of the scholar over the worshiper is like My superiority over the lowest of you. Then the Messenger of Allah - may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: Indeed, Allah and His angels and the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth, even the ant in its hole, and even Pisces, so that they may pray for the one who teaches people goodness.) And after:
The responsibility of providing knowledge and science is one of the great responsibilities on the basis of which countries and civilizations are established. Negligence in performing it in the required manner may cost the loss of generations and result in the collapse of an entire nation, as its negative repercussions may include various areas of life - health, economic, social...etc. Treating it in the short term is impossible, so scientists consider it one of the greatest trusts that a person can be entrusted with.
Because we are responsible for this matter in the college, we have been striving since we assumed this task to conduct the work in accordance with what is required by Sharia and the law, and to create an appropriate educational environment for students and faculty members that may help move forward in the development process according to specific goals, and to create new methods for the process. Education and learning within the college to have a positive impact on the individual and society.

Mission
Developing teaching and learning process methods in line with labor market requirements so that graduates of the College of Languages are qualified to reserve leadership positions in state institutions and the private sector.
Objectives
- Working with scientific departments to develop the educational process and linking educational curricula in line with the requirements of the local and international labor market.
- Introducing college departments through conferences, workshops, and social media to change the traditional view of some specializations that some believe are classic and old and for which there is no job market.
- Creating a suitable educational environment for students and faculty members through cooperation with the College’s Office of Administrative and Financial Affairs to provide all the modern equipment and tools required by the educational process that may help in performing the teaching and learning process as required.
- Paying attention to the quality of the outcomes of the educational process through commitment to providing all requirements of the Quality Office, evaluating performance, and conforming all procedures followed to standards.
