### My Role at the University
Since 2014, I have held various academic and administrative positions at the university, which have significantly enhanced my teaching and leadership skills. I began as a Teaching Assistant, where I was responsible for delivering foundational courses. This role allowed me to build a strong knowledge base and develop effective teaching methods, fostering student engagement and critical thinking.
In 2016, I was promoted to Assistant Lecturer, taking on the responsibility of teaching advanced courses. During this period, I also served as the program coordinator for my department, which provided me the opportunity to manage academic curricula and ensure they met established academic standards. This experience was pivotal in developing my leadership and organizational skills as I coordinated efforts among faculty members to deliver high-quality education.
Since 2022, I have served as a Lecturer, continuing to innovate my teaching approaches to align with diverse student needs. In this capacity, I also work as the Distance Learning Coordinator, where I have contributed to designing and implementing flexible educational programs that cater to a variety of learners. Ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of educational content has been vital in enhancing the overall learning experience.
In 2024, I was appointed as the Coordinator for Study and Examinations within the department. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective management of assessments and curricula. I focus on developing diverse evaluation strategies that improve student performance and enrich their educational experiences.
Additionally, I actively participate in several supervisory committees within the department, contributing to strategic decisions that enhance the teaching and research environment. My role at the university extends beyond teaching; it encompasses leadership and oversight, reflecting my commitment to providing exceptional academic education that contributes to the development of the academic community.
