Roles
Samia Abdullah Suwailem is a faculty member in the Criminal Law Department. She was appointed as a teaching assistant in the department in 2004. She obtained a postgraduate diploma in 2005. In continuation of her studies, she obtained a higher degree (master's) in 2009, and a detailed degree (doctorate) in 2019. She has a number of published scientific studies and research, some of which she submitted for promotion to the rank of assistant professor in 2024.
Careers
Samia Abdullah Suwailem taught the Criminology course from the spring semester of 2009 to the spring of 2011, and taught the Penal Code course during the fall semester of 2011, spring of 2012, and fall of 2012. After returning from the secondment in 2019, she taught the Criminology and Punishment course from 2020 to 2024. She also served as the Coordinator of the Criminal Law Department in the Faculty Members Office from October 2020 to February 2022.
