Salma Yousef Ammar is a faculty member in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, Tripoli. Ms. Salma Ammar has been working at the University of Tripoli as an assistant lecturer since 2013-07-04 after being a teaching assistant in the department. She has many scientific publications in her field of specialization, which is international law.

Careers

She was appointed as a teaching assistant in the department since 2008, then obtained a higher master's degree in international law since 2013 and was promoted to the rank of lecturer since 2019, then to the rank of assistant professor since 2024. She taught a number of courses related to and relevant to the specialization such as international relations, human rights, international maritime law, etc. since taking over teaching in 2013

Obtained a professional international trainer certificate from the international non-governmental organization DRC to detect

the dangers of the proliferation of small and medium weapons among

civilians, and to work on raising awareness of these dangers within

the community
