Nassour Al-Fitouri is a faculty member in the General Stage Department at the Faculty of Law, Tripoli. Mr. Mansour Al-Fitouri has been working at the University of Tripoli as a professor since 2015-12-31 and has many scientific publications in his field of specialization. In 1994, Professor Dr. Mansour Al-Fitouri was appointed Hamid University of Tripoli Faculty of Economics and Political Science. He obtained a Doctor of State in Public Law from Morocco in 2001 from Hassan II University, Kingdom of Morocco. In 2001, he moved to the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, and began as an academic consultant at the Faculty of Law.

Research Interests

He published many researches in many fields including financial law, financial reform and tax legislation. A published research entitled “The Appearance of Tax Evasion” in the Journal of the Faculty of Law, University of Misurata. “Guaranteeing the Taxpayer in Libyan Tax Legislation” in the Journal of Legal Studies, University of Benghazi.
