Roles

Dr. Azhar is one of the faculty members in the Arabic Language Department at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Tripoli. Dr. Azhar has been working at the university as a lecturer since 2012. She has supervised graduation projects and evaluated some master’s theses before referring them for discussion. She has a number of scientific publications in her field of specialization.

Careers

She worked as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Languages at the University of Tripoli, then was hired as a university professor. She delivers lectures and supervises graduation projects.

Research Interests

The specialty of criticism, rhetoric, and stylistics represents a major focus of Dr. Azhar’s research interests. In this field, she has several research papers published in a number of journals, and interest in Qur’anic rhetoric is at the core of Dr. Azhar’s research interests.

External Activities

Community activity constitutes an important part of Dr. Azhar's activities, as she participates in seminars held by the Arabic Language Department by attending and working on research papers, and she also participates in conferences held by the university.
