Ladies and gentlemen staff members of Arts faculty, 

We are pleased to welcome you. I would like to inform you the teaching staff affairs office at arts faculty is responsible for all the administrative and academic procedures. In purpose to achieve all the objectives of this office, we are pleased to provide all facilities to all the teaching staff in our Faculty.  We assure you that this office is a representative of the administration of teaching staff affairs office at university of Tripoli.

The office of faculty also has many tasks, including:

1. Completion the procedures of academic and occupation promotion. 2. Completion the procedures of contracting and paperwork referral to the competent authorities3. Referral of all types of special leave4. Referral of voluntary retirement and age-related retirement procedures5. Referral of teaching load the administration of teaching staff affairs office at university of Tripoli.

The faculty of Arts and the teaching staff affairs officeseek to achieve the following objectives  :

1. Preparing a systematic academic environment in accordance with standards of educational quality. 2. Encouraging students to develop academic skills such as critical thinking, scientific writing and carrying out research projects. With encouraging active and comprehensive involvement with the practical processes3. Providing advisory and research services to all community institutions at national and international levels. 4. Build networks with all educational institutions in Libya and other countries.
