Careers
Dr. Mohamed A. Al-Griw is a full-time lecturer in the Department of Histology and Genetics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tripoli. One of the main roles of the Dr. Al-Griw is to teach a number of courses such as Clinical Genetics, Epigenetics, and Molecular Biology at the Faculty of Medicine and Sciences, University of Tripoli. He also supervises a number of master's students in the field of Genetics. He is currently the coordinator of the Ph.D. program in Medical Genetics in the department.

Research Interests
Dr. Mohammed Al-Griw has published a number of scientific studies and research in his field of specialization in international scientific journals with an impact factor such as Open Vet Journal, Scientific Report, Combinatorial Chemistry & High Throughput Screening and Acta Neurobiol Exp. His research interests are broad but focus on the impact of pollutants on the environment and human health, as well as the molecular, genetic, and epigenetic mechanisms human disease. He also has interests in academic publishing controls and is a founding member of the Scientific Research Ethics Document at the University of Tripoli.
External Activities
For more than 18 years, Dr. Al-Griw has been working in academic and administrative work with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions in the areas of strategic planning, quality and assurance in higher education, academic accreditation, and university ranking. She holds a number of certifications in the field of strategic planning, quality assurance and accreditation in higher education. He also worked with the National Authority for DNA Research and Analysis, and he is a founding member of the Libya Genome Programme.
