The Office of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Faculty of Medical Technology at the University of Tripoli is one of the offices concerned with supervising all administrative and financial work in the college. Providing all that the financial and administrative affairs department needs in terms of manpower, equipment, materials and follow-up.

We seek excellence within the university and advancement in the provision of administrative and financial services to all employees of the college, according to comprehensive quality standards.

Mission

The administrative and financial affairs of the College of Medical Technology aim to build an appropriate and effective administrative and financial work environment by providing administrative and financial services that meet the needs of all segments of the college, and adopting the principle of working as one team. It employs information and communication technology in all its operations. It develops a strategic plan to organize the administrative and financial work of the college, clarify tasks, simplify procedures, and design work models for the administration and all its departments and units. It works to develop human capabilities with the best administrative methods followed in comprehensive quality standards. The administrative and financial affairs, through the realization of its vision, are committed to the Arab and Islamic culture, and the principles of human rights, which include responsibility and commitment to the rule of law, transparency, respect, tolerance, justice, equality, and participation with stakeholders.

Objectives

The administrative and financial affairs in the College of Medical Technology look forward to laying sound foundations for the administrative and financial work in the college and work to achieve the following goals:

Upgrading the level of administrative and financial services provided to the college staff and continuing to improve them.

Work to determine the needs of the college and work to provide them.

Developing and improving the quality of controlling and monitoring financial affairs that are consistent with the university's financial system.

Developing the existing administrative staff in order to provide a distinguished and effective work environment.

Follow up the application of administrative and financial systems and regulations in all affiliated departments in accordance with comprehensive quality standards.

Employing information and communication technology in all administrative services through the computerization of administrative procedures and the development of computerized programs used in line with modern technological developments.

Work to maintain the college's fixed and mobile property constantly to ensure the effective continuity of the college's work.
