· Extracting volatile oils from some local plants such as (thyme, mint, rosemary and harmal) and studying their chemical components and some of their physical properties and comparing them with some components and properties of plants from other countries where the environment is different and studying the possibility of applying them in various industrial fields.
· Using some volatile oils in the manufacture of soft drinks with natural flavor and color.
· Using some volatile oils of natural origin in the manufacture of detergents, soaps, toothpastes, air fresheners and even some medicines.
· Obtaining patent No. 3261/2010 / issued by the Industrial Research Center related to the manufacture of a local soft drink with a natural thyme oil flavor and a natural color derived from palm derivatives. This drink is characterized by a natural flavor, a light yellow transparent color, natural foam, and a delicious taste.
· Tooth powder was manufactured from very useful local raw materials at the cheapest prices, and the flavor of natural mint extract oil was added.
