Roles

Dr. Fawzia Al-Tarhouni is a faculty member in the Department of Public Health at the Faculty of Medical Technology. She has been working at the University of Tripoli as a lecturer since 2012-3-20 and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization with the rank of lecturer. She obtained a doctorate in public health. She took over school and university health programs at the National Center for Disease Control. She took over the health education awareness team at Tripoli University. She conducted many training workshops at the level of Libya in cooperation with the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and UNICEF. She also attended many medical and scientific conferences.

Careers

Dr. Fawzia Al-Tarhouni is a faculty member in the Department of Public Health at the Faculty of Medical Technology at the University of Tripoli. She holds a PhD in Public Health for Health Awareness and Education. She was appointed to the rank of lecturer and obtained a scientific promotion to Professor Maslaad. She took charge of the affairs of the faculty members and the Quality Department, as well as environmental and community service, and finally women’s empowerment during different periods since her appointment at the university.
