   The office of the faculty members in the college is concerned with everything related to the faculty members, starting from the announcement of the appointment and ending with the retirement of the faculty member from the university in terms of administrative, financial and academic procedures.

We are also keen to facilitate work procedures and implement administrative and financial decisions to keep pace with the development approach witnessed by all college departments.

    We hope, with God's help, that the office will contribute to achieving the aspirations of the college through the development of administrative and academic work and the provision of distinguished services to all members of the teaching staff.

Vision

Tasks

  • The office undertakes the procedures for completing the appointment documents and referring them to the competent authorities.
  • Notify the university of the college's needs for faculty members in accordance with the conditions set by the college in order to take action to announce it.
  •   He prepares data and statistics for faculty members and reports them to the university.
  • He undertakes the procedures to enable the new faculty members to take up their positions, in coordination with the relevant scientific departments, and informs the university of that.
  •   He undertakes the completion of procedures for the dismissal of those of the faculty members who have completed their work and informs the university of this.
  • The office undertakes procedures for permanent faculty members (nationals, expatriates, and collaborators) in accordance with the regulations and legislation in force, from contracting to termination of service.
  • The office undertakes procedures for faculty members in terms of academic and job promotions, entitlement to academic leave, participation in scientific conferences and seminars, and the resulting procedures, financial benefits, and bonuses.
  • The office shall document the above-mentioned procedures in the job file of the faculty member.
