تعمل الأستاذة علياء حسن دوزان كعضو هيئة تدريس في قسم النبات / كلية العلوم / طرابلس وتتولى مهام التدريس، حيث قامت بتدريس مقررات منها علم النبات العام 1، 2، علم الفطريات، وعلم أمراض 

نبات، وشغل منصب رئيس قسم النبات.

1-participation in teaching  the  general botany course for  medical  science from (2011-2013)

2-participation  in teaching the  general   physiological plant course  for  the  teachers training course  at  the college of Education(Bab Tajoura&Qarje)(2017)

3-participation  in teaching the general botany  course for introductory stage until now .
