Roles

Since 2008, I have been a faculty member at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, head of biology department for 3 years, and quality and evaluation coordinator at the former mentioned college for about a year. I was transferred to the Botany Department at the College of Science in September 2021 as a faculty member and then the department’s quality coordinator until the present time. Collaborator with the pre-medical sciences course at the university as a faculty member for the general botany course, recently become general coordinator for the general botany course in the pre-medical sciences course.

Careers

Since my appointment in 2008 in the Department of Biology at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, as a faculty member, I was assigned as the quality and evaluation coordinator in the college and head of the investigation committee in the Department of Study and Examinations in the college. After transferring to the Department of Botany in the College of Science, I was assigned as a member of the graduate studies committee in the department and then the quality and evaluation coordinator in the department.

Research Interests

Conducting research in the field of protecting agricultural products and working to find effective natural materials as coatings for fruits and vegetables for the purpose of prolonging their storage period and preserving them from fungal diseases that may affect them after harvest.

External Activities

Several research papers were reviewed at the bachelor's and master's levels, and some master's research were evaluated as a confidential evaluator.
