2012 Bachelor's degree from Department of Botany/Faculty of Science/University of Tripoli.

Esra was appointed as a Assistant in the department in 2013, participating in the teaching of practical courses Botany 1, Botany 2, General Microbiology, Applied Biology, and Microbiology Soil. Certified English by the Language Centre of the University of Tripoli at Intermediate level

In 2021 she received a High Vacation Degree (Master's Degree) from the Department of Botany/Faculty of Science/University of Tripoli.

In 2022 she received an Assistant lecturer degree teaching general Botany 2 to Bachelor's  students.
