Aml Altirban embarked on her academic career in the Department of Mathematics at the Faculty of Science, starting as a teaching assistant before advancing through academic ranks to attain the position of Lecturer. Throughout her career, she has contributed to building students’ competencies by teaching a variety of courses that integrate fundamental mathematical principles with modern applications, ensuring a strong connection between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation. Her academic activities have extended to supervising graduation projects, participating in curriculum and content development, and supporting research activities through collaboration with specialized research teams and publishing in diverse fields. She has also been committed to enhancing her academic and research skills by attending numerous workshops focused on scientific research and artificial intelligence, which has strengthened her ability to apply modern technologies in advancing educational practices and enriching scientific output.
Research Interests
Aml Altirban’s research interests focus on applied mathematics, with a particular emphasis on the applications of number theory in cryptography and information security, as well as the study of differential equations and their solutions using various mathematical transforms. Her interests also include linking linear algebra with computer science and artificial intelligence.
