Roles
Since the beginning of his work at the university, he has taught a number of academic courses, including Principles of Statistics and Principles of Probability at the Faculty of Science. He has also taught Biostatistics in the medical sciences faculties, in addition to teaching Applied Statistics for engineering students. At the same time, he continued supervising numerous graduation projects and scientific research conducted by undergraduate students in the Department of Statistics.
Careers
Mohamed Elaieb obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tripoli (formerly Al-Fateh University) in the Fall semester of 1999/2000. He later earned his Master’s degree from the same university in the Spring semester of 2007/2008. He joined the university as a faculty member in August 2008, marking the beginning of his academic and professional career within its teaching staff.
Research Interests
He has taught a number of courses, including Principles of Statistics, Biostatistics, Principles of Probability, and Mathematical Statistics. He also served as the course coordinator for Statistics in the Faculties of Engineering and Information Technology. In addition, he supervised numerous research projects and graduation theses for undergraduate students in the Department of Statistics at the Universities of Tripoli and Al-Zawiya.
External Activities
Mohamed Elaieb has worked as a part-time lecturer at several public universities, including Al-Merqab University, Bani Walid University, and Al-Zawiya University. He taught a range of academic courses such as Principles of Statistics, Principles of Probability, Mathematical Statistics, and Biostatistics. He also supervised two undergraduate research projects at Al-Zawiya University.
