Careers
Jamal Sondi was chosen as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the Department of Sports Training at the University of Tripoli in 2001 AD, and the capacity was changed to a faculty member by obtaining a high degree “Master” in 2004 AD and obtaining the degree of lecturer for obtaining the exact “PhD” in 2012 AD from The state of Egypt, and obtained the degree of assistant stadium in 2015 AD, and obtained the scientific degree of associate stadium in 2019 AD
Research Interests
Jamal Sondi succeeds with his preoccupation with several research topics that he is very interested in, which would develop local sports and reach the practitioners to the maximum degree of giving and success, but his current interests are focused in the field of kinesiology and swimming training, and what it contains of studying the movement of athletes mechanically and physiologically.
External Activities
Jamal Sondi has many external activities that serve the country and in his field of specialization is service to sports. He has given many training courses to sports federations in Libya. He also held the position of Vice President of the Libyan Swimming Federation in 2013 AD until 2018 AD and held the position of Chairman of the General Competitions Committee of the Libyan Swimming Federation For a period of five years from the year 2003 AD, and obtain a training certificate from the International Swimming Federation (FINA) and train the Libyan national swimming pool and long distances, as well as obtain a first-class referee degree in swimming.
