Roles

Hassan is a faculty member in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the Faculty of Physical Education. Mr. Hassan has been working at the University of Tripoli as an Associate Professor since 03/16/05 and has many scientific publications in his field of specialization as well  as   He worked as head of the Games Department from the year 2000 until March 2003 at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Zawia, as well as a rapporteur for the scientific journal from the year 2012 until December 2014. In the same college at the University of zawia , Dr. Hassan worked as the head of the Quality and Performance Evaluation Department at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Tripoli, from 2016 to 2018, and the head of the Training Department in the same college for a very limited period in the year 2022.

Careers

Dr. Hassan Saad worked at Al-Zawiya University. After joining it in 1998 with a master’s degree, he obtained a PhD from the Faculty of Medicine, Ghent University, Belgium in 2009. In 2015, Hassan Saad moved as member  staff of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Tripoli, coming from Al-Zawiya University. As a faculty member in the Department of Sports Training, specializing in handball training

Research Interests

Hassan Saad is one of the faculty members of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. He works as a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Sports Training. Mr. Hassan Saad supervises graduation projects in general. Research related to handball in many of its aspects, for example, the biological, physiological, morphological, technical and tactical aspects. Hassan Saad has published many of related research in international journals as well as local and international conferences

External Activities

In addition to his work as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Tripoli, Dr. Hassan Saad participated in training courses in his field of specialization, training handball for coaches, as well as participating in research related to the development of sports in Libya through the Libyan Research Center
