Advanced scientific methods are used in planning, organizing, directing and controlling to achieve optimal use of available resources and capabilities. Therefore, management is the key to the future for achieving goals. There is no doubt that the current changes have many consequences on the structure of the organization and the style of management. Perhaps the most prominent results are the organizations’ awareness of the value of their human resource.

Total quality management depends on the application of advanced quality management methods and aims for continuous improvement and development and achieving the highest possible levels in practices, processes, products and services.

Using strategy using the scientific method, with its various solutions and calculated steps, helps us narrow and limit the gap, and then seek to close it completely. Strategic planning is a very important factor in identifying strengths and weaknesses and highlighting urgent needs. The Faculty aspires to be a leader in the field of physical education and sports sciences at the local and regional levels during the next five years (2019-2023). We are the best locally - towards the best regionally, leadership in providing consultations and research, scientific and sports culture, continuous development in all specializations and capabilities, the trust of others.
