Total quality management depends on the application of advanced quality management methods and aims for continuous improvement and development and achieving the highest possible levels in practices, processes, products and services.
Using strategy using the scientific method, with its various solutions and calculated steps, helps us narrow and limit the gap, and then seek to close it completely.
