Roles

Murad Jamal Altaher Almusannaf is a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the University of Tripoli, Spring 2012, where he ranked first in his cohort. He was appointed as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy and obtained his Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy on 24 September 2013. He was subsequently appointed as a faculty member in the Department of Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy on 20 April 2020 and currently holds the academic rank of Lecturer. He is also pursuing doctoral studies in Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy. He contributes to teaching academic courses and supervising undergraduate graduation research projects, including monitoring their preparation and implementation stages and providing students with academic and methodological guidance in selecting research topics, formulating research problems, and organizing research procedures. He has also served on the Faculty’s New Student Admission Committee for several consecutive cycles. In addition, he served as Graduation Projects Coordinator in the Department of Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy, with responsibilities including coordinating and monitoring graduation projects, organizing their procedures, and contributing to the academic supervision and guidance of students. He also served as Chair of the Community Service and Environment Committee in the Department, contributing to the organization and follow-up of community service and environmental activities and initiatives within the Department’s scope of responsibility.

Research Interests

Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy; occupational ergonomics; work-related musculoskeletal disorders; human movement and biomechanical analysis; trunk kinematics; movement analysis using Kinovea; and ergonomic risk assessment using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA).

External Activities

1- An English language course at the Language Center at the University of Tripoli for one year.
