About Syndicate of Academic Staff

The Faculty Members Syndicate was formed under Law 29 of 1977 establishing a  syndicate for faculty members, and the Syndicate works to achieve the following objectives:

Work to raise the level of university and higher education.

Raising the standards of the university and higher teaching profession and maintaining the dignity of the profession.

Encouraging authorship and scientific research to serve the Arab nation and solve its social, economic, and scientific problems.

Cooperation with scientific bodies and various unions at the local, national, and international levels.

 Taking care of the interests of its members, protecting their rights, and working to improve their cultural, material, and social conditions.
