    Laila Abu Shkiwa is a faculty member in the Teaching Department at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Tripoli. Laila Abu Shkiwa has been working as a professor since 2019 and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization. She has been working full-time in the teaching department as a teaching assistant since 1996, coordinator of studies and examinations in the graduate studies department, head of the college’s faculty members, head of the technical committee for the 60th anniversary celebration of the University of Tripoli, head of the college’s consulting and research department, and currently head of the magazine. Careers

Dr. Liala  has been working in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences since 1996 as a teaching assistant in the Department of Curricula and Teaching Methods. In 2000, she completed her master's degree and obtained the required scientific degree. She embarked on a scientific trip to the State of Egypt, the city of Alexandria, to study a doctorate, where she obtained the required degree in 2008, then returned to work At the college, with the degree of a lecturer, and in 2009 she was assigned the duties of the study and examinations coordinator in the department until 2010, to be assigned the duties of the head of the study and examinations department in the college with the rank of assistant professor until 2014, to be assigned the tasks of the coordinator of the postgraduate studies office in the college and the captain of the faculty members in the college until 2015, she obtained the degree of associate professor In 2019, she obtained the degree of Professor. Head of the Research and Consulting Office at the College.

Research Interests

Dr. Liala s interested in many sports fields, foremost of which is the field of tests and measurement in physical education and sports statistics, and she has many sports that she is interested in, including gymnastics, rowing, swimming and children's sports
