Roles

Hisham Muhammad Daqdaq has been a faculty member at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences, Tajoura, University of Tripoli, since his transfer in 2024.

* He teaches courses in his areas of expertise. His teaching interests include the Holy Quran, wills and inheritance, Sunni jurisprudence, the principles of jurisprudence, and theology.

* He currently holds the position of Director of the Faculty of Sharia Sciences, Tajoura.

Careers

* He began his career teaching the Holy Quran from 2013 to the present, and many students have graduated from his teaching.

* He was appointed to the Ministry of Justice in 2016.

* He served as Head of the Inheritance Registry and its Preparer at the Tajoura Partial Court from 2017 to 2021.

* He moved to the University of Ez-Zitouna in Tarhuna, Department of Islamic Studies, College of Education, as a faculty member from 2021 to 2024

* Transferred to the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Sharia Sciences, Tajoura, Department of Sharia.

* ​​Director of the Faculty's Faculty Members.

* Member of the Faculty's Examinations Committee.

* Member of the Faculty Directory Update Committee.

Research Interests

Hisham Daqdaq has a special interest in scientific research in his field of specialization. He has published numerous studies, some of which are enlightening, and others are in the process of being published.

Published research includes:

* The legitimacy of competitions and their applications to some contemporary issues.

* The discussion of the command in the book "Al-Taqrib wa Al-Irshad" by Judge Abu Bakr Al-Baqillani, a presentation and analysis.

* The legitimacy of Qunut in the Fajr prayer.

Published research includes:

* A treatise on the explanation of tamattu' during the months of Hajj for those residing in Mecca during the year, by Al-Mulla Ali Al-Qari, a study and investigation.

* ⁠A treatise on the ruling on insulting the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), by my brother Jalabi: a study and investigation.

* Fasting in the Qur'an.

* Reliance on astronomical calculations to establish the months.

External Activities

* Quran memorizer at the Tajoura Endowments Office.

* Friday prayer preacher at the Tajoura Endowments Office. He prepares Sharia injunctions in cooperation with the Tajoura District Court.
