Research Interests
My interests focus specifically on the legal relations between the person and the state in its sovereign capacity, including what relates to the constitution, human rights, and the interest of the law at all levels and in various fields. What I believe in as a jurist is that the law is a system that must achieve, through its objective rules, consistency and harmony between the goals and interests of the state and between the goals and interests of society and the individual, and that this harmony can only be achieved through legal rules that stem from societal values and It takes into account needs and is consistent with reality. Legal rules that regulate and address, not legal rules that obstruct and tighten.
