Tasks:-

- Receiving nominations from various scientific departments in the college for study or training purposes, classifying them, and tabulating them.

- Identify and determine the fields of graduate study and training available at the college and the numbers that can be directed to them.

- Participate in conducting the necessary research and studies to determine the possibility of creating new specializations for postgraduate studies, developing existing ones, and preparing the necessary implementation plans and programs and following them up.

- Preparing plans and programs for graduate studies at the college and supervising their implementation.

- Preparing plans and programs for graduate studies abroad, taking procedures for their approval, and following up on their implementation in coordination with the competent authorities.

- Preparing the draft budget necessary to implement plans and programs for graduate studies and training at home and abroad, and following up on their approval and implementation.

- Receiving follow-up reports on plans and programs for postgraduate studies at home and abroad, analyzing them, and taking the necessary measures to overcome the difficulties and problems facing implementation.

- Examining requests to extend or terminate the scholarship, and ensuring that the scholarship students return to begin their work in the departments to which they are affiliated.

- Participation in seminars, seminars, and scientific forums related to the office’s activities at home and abroad.

- Preparing periodic and annual follow-up reports on the office’s activity.

- Participation in the work of committees and work teams related to the office’s activity.

- Maintaining sub-files for teaching assistants.

- Taking procedures to complete the documents for appointing teaching assistants, and referring them to the competent authorities.

- Notifying the university of the college’s need for teaching assistants following the requirements set by the college to take procedures for announcing them.
