Roles

Omar now works part-time as an Assistant Lecturer (he is teaching and research assignments) in the Department of Fundamentals of Religion in the Faculty of Sharia Sciences - Souq Al-Juma, Tripoli University.

Omar is now a researcher, supervisor and lecturer. He works on research with different colleagues as a mentor. As a supervisor, he is currently working as coordinator of the Quality and Measurement Department of the Fundamentals of Religion Department. An essential part of Omar's role relates to encouraging and supporting the research culture of the college and he has a range of responsibilities for oversight of research quality.

Careers

Omar addition to teaching subjects in the college, Omar focused heavily on the science of hadith, and he taught units at both the undergraduate level in this field. He currently delivers ad hoc lectures at the request of colleagues on specialized research topics

Research Interests

He attended many conferences, seminars, courses and scientific discussions.

External Activities

- He worked as a teacher in private schools from 2013 until 2019, for the subjects of the Arabic language and Islamic education. A Friday preacher and preacher affiliated with the Tajoura Endowment Unit since 2011
