Muhammad Mukhtar Andir has been a member of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences - Souk Al-Juma'a - University of Tripoli since 2019, and head of the Quality and Performance Evaluation Department since 2021, and Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Contemporary Atheism Conference under the supervision of the Faculty of Sharia Sciences - Souk Al-Juma'a - in 2022, and Chairman of the Arbitration Committee For the Quranic competition held at the University of Tripoli in the year 2022, and head of the Department of Study and Examinations at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences - Souk Al-Juma'a - University of Tripoli from 2019 to 2021, and he was one of the supervising members of the Linguistic Foundation Center in 2022.

Careers

He completed his primary and preparatory studies, then entered the Intermediate Institute for Computer and graduated from it in 1999. Then he worked on memorizing the Qur’an, engaging in legal sciences, and memorizing scientific texts in hadith, belief, terminology, and jurisprudential rules. He read grammar and the term hadith and belief in Libya to some students of knowledge, then he went to the Al-Madinah, so he recited al-Rahbiyyah in the science of religious duties (inheritance) and was permitted therein, and he read jurisprudence, creed, and principles. He attended some scientific courses, then he moved to Egypt in Cairo in the year 1429, corresponding to 2008, so he joined Al-Azhar and completed his bachelor’s degree 2013.

During this period, he read in Cairo the science of rhetoric, morphology, and intonation with the chain of transmission, and he attended lessons on interpretation and belief, and he read the Qur’an to some of the sheikhs, the recitation of Asim al-Kufi with the narrators of Hafs and Shu’bah, and he read the narration of Qalun on the authority of Nafi’ al-Madani in the four aspects, and all of that was approved with a chain of transmission to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, then he traveled to Sudan in the year 2013 AD, so he registered at Omdurman Islamic University in the College of Higher Studies of Sharia and Law in the year 2014, and obtained a master’s degree in 2017.

External Activities

When the Faculty of Sharia Sciences-  Souq Al-Joma was established in 2019, a member of the teaching staff was appointed in it, and he is still there to this day, praise be to God, as a lecturer despite being a preacher, teacher and preacher affiliated with the General Authority for Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
