المهام

أبوبكر قرباج هو احد اعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الرقابة الصحية على الاغذية بكلية الطب البيطري. يعمل السيد أبوبكر قرباج بجامعة طرابلس كـأستاذ 1992 وله العديد من المنشورات العلمية في مجال تخصصه

· رئيس قسم الرقابة الصحية على الأغذية بكلية الطب البيطري من 2022 الى الآن.

· عميد كلية الطب البيطري من 2017 الي 2021.

· وكيل كلية الطب البيطري من 2015 ـ2017

· رئيس قسم الرقابة الصحية على الأغذية بكلية الطب البيطري 2008 ـ2013 و من 2014ـ2017.

* سلامة وجودة الاغذية ذات الاصل الحيواني.

* الاهتمام بمدى الثلوث الميكروبي للاغذية ذات الاصل الحيواني والتسمم الغذائي

النشاطات الخارجية

د. أبوبكر محمد قرباج عضو فى لجنة الالبان بالمركز الوطنى للمواصفات والمعايير القياسية (LNCSM)، كما قام د. أبوبكر بتحكيم عدة مقالات ومنشورات علمية فى عدة مجلات علمية محلية ودولية. وله مشاركات فى مناقشة رسائل الماجستير بجامعة طرابلس.

قام بتقديم عدة استشارات علمية فى مجال الرقابة الصحية على الالبان ومنتجاتها لمركز الرقابة على الاغذية والادوية والمركز الوطنى للصحة الحيوانية وكذلك لعدة مزارع تربية الماشية ومصانع الالبان.
