منذ 16 عام اعمل بجامعة طرابلس , وانا احد اعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الكيمياء الطبية والصيدلية متفرغ للتدريس والبحث , مشارك فى التدريس لمرحلة البكالوريس ومرحلة الدراسات العليا بالقسم 

ولدى العديد من الاوراق العلمية المنشورة فى مجال التخصص.

الاهتمامات البحثية

1.      تدريس مادة الكيمياء الطبية (التخليق الدوائي) للسنوات الثالثة والرابعة من حيث التخليق ودراسة العلاقة بين  المركبات الكيميائية والدوائية  والنشاط الحيوي لها  

2.  تدريس مادة التحليل الألى لسنة الثانية من حيث الاساسيات والتطبيقات لتحديد الكتلة والمجموعات الوظيفية والتركيب الهيكلي للمركبات العضوية 

3. · تدريس مادة الكيمياء الطبية  المتقدمة لطلبة الدراسات العليا من حيث التخليق  وتطوير ودراسة العلاقة بين  المركبات الكيميائية والدوائية  الحديثة والنشاط الحيوي لها 

·4.  شارك فى تدريس دورات تدريبية لممارسة التصنيع الجيد التى اقيمت فى شهر يناير  2018  والتى نظمت المؤسسة الوطنية لتأهيل وتطوير الكوادر الطبية

5.  الاهتمام بتخليق العديد المشتقات من مركبات التيوفلين ثلاثية الحلقات وتأثيرها على الجهاز العصبى المركزى والجهاز الدورى

·6. تخليق مشتقات جديدة من مركبات الفيثالميد والبنزوميدازول وثأثيرها البيولوجى على اجهزة الجسم المختلفة

·7. خليق مشتقات جديدة من مركبات الاندول ودراسة الخصائص العلاجية لها
