Mohammed Ahmed Ezzeldin Ben Othman is a faculty member specializing in Infectious Diseases. He has worked in teaching for 30 years, during which he progressed through the academic ranks from Assistant Lecturer in 1996 to the rank of Professor in 2021. He obtained his Master's degree in 1995 from Zagazig University, Egypt, and later earned his PhD in 2005 from the Department of Clinical Studies, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. He has worked at the University of Tripoli as a university leucturer since 1996 and has numerous scientific publications in his field of specialization. He has been entrusted with numerous scientific and administrative committees at the college, university, and Ministry of Higher Education levels.

Research Interests

Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Ezzeldin Ben Othman has numerous research papers published in several peer-reviewed international scientific journals. He is interested in research related to veterinary sciences for farm and companion animals, and is also interested in the study of infectious diseases (including transboundary diseases)، Cancer and studies on parasitic diseases in ruminants.
