Adnan Salem Elnaas is a faculty member in the Department of Microbiology and Parasitology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Mr. Adnan ElNaas has been working as a professor at the University of Tripoli since 11-12-2012 and has many scientific publications in his field of specialization. He is a former dean since 2014-2017. He held many positions, such as Head of the Department of Microbiology and Parasitology, Director of the Graduate Studies Office in the faculty, Coordinator of Graduate Studies in the Department, and several other positions.

Research Interests

Prof. Adnan Elnaas Interested in research in the field of parasitology in general and specially in the branch of helminthology and protozoa, and I have published several papers concerned on parasitic diseases that cause economic loss to livestock.

External Activities

The Prof.  cooperated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, As a member of the Libyan Supreme Committee for Registration of Veterinary Drugs, Preparations and Appliances  and Chairman of the Committee of Libyan List of veterinary dugs  allowed to be in Libya, 2015.
