Research Interests

He is interested in the field of pollutants, including metal and chemical pollutants, mycotoxins, ionizing substances, residues of veterinary medicines and pesticides in food and feed, as well as environmental pollutants. He is also interested in the field of forensic medicine.

Member, Electronic Working Group of the Codex Alimentarius Commission including FAO and WHO experts to develop standards for food additives.

Member, Higher Committee to develop a structure and vocabulary for the life sciences at the high school level for the Ministry of Higher Education.

Member, Scientific Committee of the Marine Biology Research Center.

Member, Scientific Committee for the Center for Food and Drugs Control and Inspection.
