Word Of the Head Department of Agricultural Engineering
Within the framework of the mission of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Tripoli, the Department of Agricultural Engineering is committed to preparing distinguished cadres capable of meeting the needs of the labor market, in addition to conducting scientific research and applied studies. The department also seeks to keep abreast of scientific developments and the localization of technology in the field of food production and environmental preservation. One of the goals of the department is also to build cadres capable of planning and solving development problems in society, such as using modern methods in the agricultural field to increase the agricultural area and contribute to raising the level of production in quantity and quality with minimal effort and cost. The department is also working on developing its study plan to keep pace with the recent development in the use of modern technology, the application of quality standards, the adoption of development in education, the development of skills, and the encouragement of research and innovation.
