Faiza is a faculty member in the Department of Food Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Tripoli. Ms. Faiza has been working at the University of Tripoli as a lecturer since 2006-09-02 and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization in addition to her participation and attendance at a number of local and international conferences, seminars and some workshops.

Careers
Research Assistant in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture since her graduation and during the period 1982-1989, she contributed and participated in many researches in the department's laboratories in its various fields.

She obtained a PhD from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2006 in the Republic of Ireland
Research Interests
In addition to academic interest, I performed some administrative tasks as a study and examinations coordinator in the department during the period 2017-2020. Member of the Scientific Committee during the period 2017-2019. Member of the Graduate Studies Committee 2019 to date. Academic supervision and some graduation projects for undergraduate students. Scientific research interests in the field of food analysis and chemistry and the field of meat and poultry chemistry and technology.
