In addition to academic interest, I have assumed some administrative tasks at the university, such as a member of the senior management board of the research centerشارات consultations at Tripoli university, as well as a member of the scientific research ethics committee at the level of Tripoli university for two years, and then I assumed the Deanship of the Faculty of Agriculture during the year 2021/2022, and then I assumed the duties of chairman of the Graduate Studies Committee in the Department of food science and technology for two years to date

Research Interests

His research interests are in the field of Cereal chemistry and technology, especially bread and cake research, and factors affecting quality in chemical, physical and sensory terms, as indicated by his biography in the published research part.
