Roles

Appointment as a teaching assistant in 2012, teaching the practical part of the courses (sugar technology, dairy basics, foundations of food preservation, food engineering, food microbiology), working on a master’s thesis, participating in organizing the conduct of examinations at the college (control), participating in various seminars and workshops, organizing graduation projects and assisting In completing scientific research for students, organizing the study and examination office within quality standards, organizing several scientific visits to food factories in different cities inside Libya. Currently, I am an assistant lecturer, teaching courses (food packaging and manufacturing of vegetables and fruits) and a member of the study and examinations committee in the department.

Research Interests

قبل الانضمام لجامعة طرابلس كانت الاهتمامات بالبصمة الوراثية DNA وربط الكشف المعتمدة على البصمة الوراثية بالغش في الاغذية المستوردة
