اDr. Suham Qarwash is a faculty member in the Department of Home Economics in Tripoli. Ms. Qarwash currently works in Tripoli as an assistant professor and has completed many scientific articles in her field of specialization. She joined university teaching since (2003 AD), about 20 years. During this time, she supervised university graduates and chaired several committees in the department, including the Educational Method Development Committee from (2013-2015) with scientific promotion from (2016-2019 AD). I currently chair the Quality Localization Committee and the Scientific Committee in the department from the fall of (2022-2023 AD).

Careers

I have been involved in the field of general education since (1980 AD) learning basic education in basic sciences and mathematics and entered the university computer in (1983 AD) and graduated with a general grade of (very good) and obtained a higher diploma from the Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University with a grade of (very good) Master's degree from the Faculty of Arts, Tripoli University in (2000 AD), and I was accepted as a faculty member in the Department of Home Economics - Faculty of Agriculture - Tripoli as a learning assistant and taught several graduations including (Psychology - Pre-stage - Report Writing - and the Scientific Method of Research) and during that I had several research papers in the field of specialization through attending a number of conferences and scientific forums and I was promoted to lecturer and then obtained a precise license (doctorate) in the specialization of compatibility of marital and family relations. (2013) from the University of Tripoli, and currently I am working as a faculty member in the Department of Home Economics. After obtaining the title of Assistant Professor, I became involved in teaching science, discussing postgraduate studies, supervising master’s theses, and supervising research on new studies, differences, and new designs for the Child Care and Family Relations Division.

Research Interests

The period of my joining university teaching, since the year (2003 AD), extends for about 20 years. During this period, I may have performed the task of university teaching in addition to chairing several committees in the department, including the Educational Process Development Committee from (2013-2015). After that, I chaired the tasks of the Committee for Verifying the Documents of Faculty Members for Academic Promotion from (2016-2019 AD). Currently, I am carrying out the tasks of chairing the Quality Localization Committee and the Scientific Committee in the department from the fall of (2022-2023 AD).

External Activities

I am currently with the faculty members of the Department of General Economics, news of community programs and activities represented in holding an open day for the Department of Home Economics to introduce the activities of the specialization and its various fields through encouraging small projects, especially those related to the fields of the department, with field visits for trainee students and rehabilitation in the fields of specialization.
