Research Interests

   Interest in conducting research in the field of food and analysis of food and food pollutants and their impact on health, and supervising graduation research for undergraduate students of the Department of Home Economics majoring in food and nutrition.

  A scientific paper titled the effect of some factors of exposure to the level of lead in the blood and its relationship to anemia among children attending Al-Jalaa Children's Hospital in Tripoli-Libya
