Mrs. Naima Bashir Al-Azraq has been working as a faculty member for 15 years and on 27-2-2012 she works at the University of Tripoli as an assistant lecturer in the Department of Tourism Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Tripoli.  Tourism Studies in her field of specialization Economic Sciences (Tourism Economics)

Careers

Prior to joining the university, she worked as a trainee accountant at the Central Bank of Libya, then head of the telephone accounting unit in the General Post and Telecommunications Company, head of the commercial affairs department in the communications office of the Libya Phone Company, and as a cooperating faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science and a collaborating faculty member at the Higher Center for Tourism and Hospitality and a faculty member  Collaborator at the Libyan University, and on 27-2-2012, a faculty member in the Department of Tourism Studies, coordinator of studies and exams, and a member of the Curriculum Development Committee in the Department of Tourism Studies, Faculty of Arts, and currently head of the Quality and Performance Evaluation Department in the Faculty of Arts.

Research Interests

participation in many scientific conferences and seminars at home, and the research papers that were participated in.  Entitled (Traditional Industries: Future Prospects) and another on (Quality of Tourism Education), a research paper on (Strategy for upgrading the tourism product) and research interests focus mainly on the field of specialization.There are also posts on research papers that serve the environment and society, and they have been published in many journals, including the University Journal, Western Mountain University, entitled (Foreign Capital Flow and its Role in the Development of the Tourism Sector) and the Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Research, entitled (The Importance of Information Systems in Activating the Tourism Sector) Paper  A research paper entitled (Challenges and Factors Affecting Attracting Tourism Investments in Libya) and a research paper entitled (The Impact of Electronic Commerce on Tourist Behavior) and a research paper entitled (Foreign Investment and its Role in the Libyan Tourism Sector).  Oum El Bouaghi University, Algeria.

External Activities

Writing some articles in the field of tourism in Libya, as well as a member of the committee for reviewing and developing curricula in one of the colleges outside the university, and a member of the committee for preparing quality standards in one of the colleges. Other activities were data analysis, economic indicators, and various studies.
