Ahmed Esharghawi is one of the  .Ahmed El-Sharkawy is one of the staff members at the Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Arts.  Mr. Ahmed El-Sharkawy works at the University of Tripoli as Dean of the Faculty of Arts and has many scientific publications in his field of specialization

▪ 1992-2001 – Teaching Assistant, Department of Fine and Applied 

Arts, Ceramics and Glass Division.

▪ 1995 – Founding member of the Libyan Ceramic Society.

▪ 2010-2013 – Head of the Fine and Applied Arts Department.

▪ 2011-2012 – Vice Dean for scientific affairs of the faculty of Arts 

and Media.

▪ From 2014 – Head of Quality Department, Faculty of Arts and 

Media, University of Tripoli.

▪ From 2017 – Chairman of the Graduate Studies Committee, 

Department of Fine and Applied Arts

▪ From 2019 – Director of the Research and Consultation Center 

Administration at the University of Tripoli

▪ Continuing to teach some subjects in the undergraduate studies 

program as well as postgraduate studies.

Member of the Committee for the Preparation of Standard Specifications for Ceramic Materials.

Research Interests

 Participation in an IBTIKAR project workshop in cooperation with the European Union
