Hamed Al-Bakoush is a faculty member in the Department of Fine Arts at the College of Arts and Design. He has worked at the University of Tripoli as a full-time lecturer in the Drawing and Painting Department for nearly 25 years. Professor Hamed has dedicated his efforts and work to teaching, focusing on developing students, supporting them, and providing them with an appropriate environment that contributes to the dissemination of knowledge and the graduation of promising artists who contribute to the art scene, serving the nation, and promoting Libyan heritage.He has numerous scientific publications in his field of specialization and has contributed to the evaluation of local art competitions in drawing and photography, which contribute to attracting many new students to study at the College of Fine Arts and promoting Libyan visual art.

For 28 years, Professor Hamed Al-Bakoush was regular in his teaching, mainly in practical subjects in his specialization, whether during his time as a teaching assistant or after changing his status to professor, and he was assigned tasks including:-
*Assigned to head the drawing and photography specialization throughout this period and more than once, the last of which was in the period from 2015 to 2020 AD.
*Assigned to organize studies and exams in the Graduate Studies Office in the period from 2006 to 2009 AD.
*Assigned to coordinator of studies and exams in the Department of Fine and Applied Arts in 2010 AD.
