Roles

• My first assignment was as a registrar in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Tripoli from 1994 to 1996, and in 2004 I was appointed as a faculty member in the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences.
• SALEM BEN NAJMA is one of the staff members at the department of business administration, faculty of economics and political sciences. He is working as a since 2013-01-02. He teaches several subjects in his major and has several puplications in the field of his interest.

Careers

• I was appointed registrar at the Faculty of Social Sciences from 1993 to 1995. Then I was sent to study abroad in the Russian Federation, Peter Bouraq State University of Economic Sciences, and I finished my studies in 2000.  
• After obtaining my Master's degree in Business Administration. I was appointed to the Faculty of Economics in 2004. In 2005, I was sent to work in the Republic of Greece as a cultural attaché until 2009 
•  In 2010, I returned to my previous work as a faculty member in the Faculty of Economics and Political Science to date.

Research Interests

• My research interests focus mostly on my specialty through my attendance at many external scientific conferences and forums. You can find it in your CV.
