Siham Al-Maribi is one of the faculty members at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Department of Administration, with the rank of Assistant Professor, charged with teaching many courses in the department and also academically supervising students in the department. She also supervised many graduation projects.

Careers

I was appointed at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, in 2007 as a teaching assistant in the Department of Administration, and obtained first place for the academic year 2004-2005 AD. I obtained a master’s degree in 2013, and after my position as a faculty member was changed to the rank of assistant lecturer, I was promoted to the rank of lecturer in the year 2017 until 2021 AD. He was appointed assistant professor from 2021 until now

Research Interests

Classified A. Siham Al-Maribi is an active researcher and has published in a number of local and international peer-reviewed scientific journals. Her research interests are broad but mainly focused on human resources management, organization and administration. She has a book on principles of management and a book on research methods.

External Activities

A. Siham Al-Maribi does a lot of work outside the university, such as cooperating with some universities and giving a training course on research methods to some interested people
