Roles
I joined as a faculty member of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science since 2004, during which I taught several courses, the most important of which are Operations Research 1 and 2. I also taught other courses, including Production Operations Management, Principles of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Total Quality Management, and others.In 2017, I was promoted to the rank of Assistant Professor to participate with my colleagues in teaching master's degree courses, which consisted of advanced operations research and production operations management and human resource management courses.In 2020, I was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor to continue performing my postgraduate duties at the college, which included discussing and supervising several master's theses.Among my interests in the teaching profession that I do is encouraging students to search for information and build knowledge in scientific ways, while proving themselves when preparing research and studies.I contributed well to preparing the basics of quality in the field of education through my participation in many tasks required by the quality of institutional and program accreditation in the college.
Careers
I was appointed to the degree of Assistant Lecturer in 2004, from which I received my scientific promotions from the lecturer in 2014 after obtaining a PhD in Human Resources Management (Leadership), until I obtained the degree of Assistant Professor and then Associate Professor in 2020.
One of the most important jobs that I held during my career in the college was represented in holding the position of Dean of the College on 6/19/2022, and I also held the position of Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs in 2018 for a full year, in addition to holding the position of Head of the Business Administration Department in the period 2015/2016, In addition to the head of the Quality and Performance Evaluation Department in the period 2014/2015, she also held the position of Editorial Director of the Journal of Economics and Political Science in the period 2015/2019.
I also joined many committees and work teams in the college.
Research Interests
I have been selected as a reviewer and arbitrator in the International Journal (IJRISS) since 2022 until now, and I have actually reviewed many researches. As for the local scientific journals, I have reviewed and arbitrated many articles.
On 12/2/2021, I published a peer-reviewed article entitled “Measuring the extent of the reality of dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic to achieve the fourth goal of sustainable development goals, quality education, SDG4, from the point of view of faculty members” in the international peer-reviewed journal (The Arab Journal for Scientific Publishing) ( A J S P ).
I have published many articles and peer-reviewed research in scientific fields on many important topics such as governance, anti-corruption, total quality management, organizational behavior, leadership, emotional intelligence, and others. I also participated in many scientific seminars and workshops.
My research career culminated in the publication of four systematic scientific books of my authorship in the year 2022 in various fields, a book on principles of business administration, a book on production and manufacturing management, a book on risk and insurance management, and finally a book on time management.
External Activities
With regard to work outside the scope of the university and the college, I have many scientific activities, the most important of which was working as a consultant on scientific affairs in many private universities, as well as a consultant in the field of establishing universities and preparing foundation requirements.
She has also worked with many governmental legal entities in the field of training, especially with regard to leadership and successful leader topics.
Contributed to the establishment of organizational structures in many governmental and private institutions and the development of job descriptions and job cadres.
I held the position of President of a private university in 2018, and I also held the position of Executive Director of a private university in the period 2017/2018.
I contributed to the preparation of institutional and program accreditation requirements and was a consultant in this field to many private universities, colleges and institutes.
