Roles

After more than 34 years at the University of Tripoli, primarily in professional and academic roles, Dr. ABDULMLMLUA LUSTA now works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of E-Commerce.

Dr. ABDULMLMLUA LUSTA's primary roles now are to manage attachés and delegate affairs as a loanee, supervisor of master's students, and lecturer in the master's program. He regularly publishes in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals and works with a variety of research teams either as a leader, collaborator or mentor. As a supervisor and examiner of master’s theses, he also previously worked as director of the Information and Documentation Center at the Medical University, head of the Computer, Documentation and Information Department, and head of the Accounts Department in the Financial Department of the University of Tripoli. He supported a variety of bachelor’s and master’s students studying abroad. A large part of Dr ABDULMLMLUA LUSTA's role relates to encouraging and supporting a university research culture, and he has a range of skills associated with reference management programmers, primarily in relation to research ethics and supporting the research center of various studies.

Dr. ABDULMLMLUA LUSTA's teaching focused largely on electronic marketing and scientific research, and he used the latest teaching and learning methods that excel at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in this field. He is currently giving customized lectures based on the demand of the local business environment and digital transformation requirements. Due to greater interest in studying the concept of “digital transformation”, Dr. ABDULMLMLUA LUSTA has for many years combined teaching and consulting.

Careers

Before joining the teaching family (academic work at the University of Tripoli), I was assigned as an accountant in the Financial Department at the University of Tripoli - I held the position of Head of the Accounts Department - Head of the Computer, Documentation and Finance Department in the General Administration - Director of the Information and Documentation Center at the Medical University of Tripoli. Currently a member of the faculty at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Department of E-Commerce.
